"Good staff clean room"

"So our initial room disappointingly smelled like cigarette smoke in the bathroom, the smell was very strong. We went down to front desk and the gentleman upgraded our room to one with a king size bed, fireplace, and jacuzzi tub and also a mountain view. It was very nice to be treated so well as it was our weekend away without kids so this made our weekend even more special. All the staff are so kind and made us feel very welcome. The huge family room with comfy couches, games and the fireplace was so nice to just hang out in. We loved it. "
