"I have never had such a poor experience at a hotel. Despite having a confirmed reservation for two fully paid rooms, when we arrived on the day of check-in, we were not informed in advance that no rooms were available, and we were sent to another hotel. It was 10:00 pm, and we had been driving for five hours, so it was very unpleasant to have to relocate again.
The following day, we returned and were told that only one room was available and that we should come back later for the second one. At 7:00 pm, we returned once more, and they finally gave us the second room. However, when we entered, it had not been cleaned after the previous guests—the beds were unmade and everything was left in disarray. We requested to be moved to another hotel again, as we were no longer willing to wait, and only then were we assigned another second room.
In neither of the rooms did the shower work. In one of them, the sliding door leading to the ground-floor terrace would not lock, meaning anyone could easily enter. The following day, we left for our activities and, upon returning at 4:00 pm, found that the rooms had still not been cleaned. At that point, we decided to check out early, as there had been too many issues and we were not willing to continue staying at this hotel.
It is also worth mentioning that the rooms are in very poor condition and unclean, and the shower facilities do not function properly. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
