"Clean room but small. There was no option for body wash and just a small zest bar. I know there was a 50s type them but the V05 shampoo was zest bars was looking cheap. They had one pillow per person and the mattress was old . I woke up with my back aching. The walls were thin so I woke up several times at night due to some cackling female next door to where I can hear her thru the walls. I was highly disappointed in the hotel universal offers. This was my first and last time staying at universal owned property . The front desk man was very nice but he upgraded me for free to a view of volcano bay. Only to find out I was in a room next to last at the end of the entire building . So I had a long walk to main lobby and pool etc. "

"I had registered us for our stay, but somehow my husbands name got on the reservation, and he had to be the person that checked in. They also made it very clear to us that checkout time was 10:00 am. We left at 9:55, but that was after they came to check on us to see if we had left yet."
