"My wife and I traveled from New Hampshire specifically to stay at your hotel, expecting a peaceful and professional lodging environment consistent with the representations made during our reservation process. Instead, we were placed into a situation so disruptive and misrepresented that we were ultimately forced to vacate the property at approximately 9:30 PM and drive four hours back home that same night.
