「The night shift staff was super cold. Don’t know how he even got the job. 」

「Front desk staff was awesome, I forgot a very expensive Yeti cooler of dog food. The gentleman at the front desk let me know they had the cooler in lost and found and I asked him to put it in the freezer until I could retrieve it upon my return.」

「Rooms were as advertised, newly done up and updated, the window type air conditioning was alright, preferred to keep the window open. The hot tub and pool looked very inviting but we didn’t get a chance to use them unfortunately. The gym was as expected for a hotel gym. Staff were great!」

「There was no soap in the bathroom. No kleenex in the slot. Two conditioners and no shampoo. They did not clean and replace the towels after THREE days. They argued with me about things. Very unorganized at the front desk. The photos advertising the hotel where very doctored to look much better than the actual place.」

「The sound of the air condition is so loud you cannot sleep. 」
