「The only complaint I have is that I reserved an "accessible" room with a queen bed. When I arrived, all the rooms were either upstairs or downstairs, there was no actual ground floor, and thus no room was fully ADA accessible. Luckily, I can navigate stairs with my disability, it's just painful. But someone who was wheelchair bound would have needed a refund due to the inaccurate listing.」

「Front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Property looked neat & clean. Very nice area, a lot of restaurants & stores close by. Room was very clean. Digital sign outside hotel flashing an unreadable message - doesn’t change our rating, but would make the hotel look better if it was addressed. 」
