「My flight was delayed but I was able to get a nice room, the shuttle to the airport the next day, a good breakfast in the morning, and a good nights rest!」

「I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.」

「I would love to leave a review but the double room that I booked 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE was not available. We did not get in until after 10pm we were exhausted and had no room. Thankfully the young man behind the counter worked hard to find us a room ELSWHERE! Shame on them!」

「Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.」
