「Shuttle driver went above and beyond, check in staff was friendly/helpful, Daytime front desk clerk was short with guests, appeared aggravated to be asked anything, then complained loudly about other guests calling the front desk with no concern that guests eating breakfast, sitting in lobby could hear the negativity.」
