"Hotel was good, bed was a little hard, air conditioning worked. You can hear out in the hall and other rooms, mainly because of the vent in the bathrooms. The shower confused me at first but the design seems to be pretty common in Thailand (shower head beside toilet). Staff were helpful as well."

"Staff were amazing and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Amenities were top notch, cannot praise the two pools, fitness center and breakfast buffet enough. Loved their app and instant messaging system. Hotel is connected to the BTS and transferable to the airport line, very convenient. Highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel itself was excellent. Sadly, the staff weren’t always so helpful - but always friendly. Some inconsistencies with room service during my stay: coffee arriving cold, wrong order, no condiments - that sort of thing. I had a massage at the spa and my masseuse was truly a magician (thanks again)! One thing that I did struggle with is the caged birds in reception. Granted they were there all day, but still, they did bounce around their cages which was sad to see."
