「I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Eufaula, Alabama, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service, particularly from a staff member named Jay, was extremely unprofessional and rude. It made what should have been a simple check-in process unnecessarily uncomfortable. In addition, the rooms were far from satisfactory. They felt outdated, poorly maintained, and not at all comfortable. For a place that should offer rest and relaxation, it fell short in...

「Unfortunately, breakfast ends at 9 am on weekends. I think that is a little silly. When I came down around 8:45, there was almost no food. The breakfast staff told me that she normally quits cooking at 8:40 and it is first come first served but she would cook some more food just for me. I really appreciate her willingness as there were at least 10 travelers that came in after me. I think it would be a good idea to extend the breakfast to 9:30 or 10 on weekends. 」

「Clean, friendly staff」

「The person at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was clean but there was trash piled up in all the trash cans outside, piled by the door we came in and out and never cleaned up. Mind you we only stayed one night so this wasnt a problem. More nights and I would have asked them to clean it up. The free breakfast left something to be desired. Overall, I would stay again if I was coming back to this area and needed a place to stay over. We did have our german shepherd with us and most hotels...
