「前台服务周到，客房宽敞整洁」

「Good」

「The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「I got an old, dirty and smelly room. But the front desk service and the restaurant are not bad.」

「Very clean and updated facilities. Great breakfast options. Staff friendly and helpful.」

「I was very satisfied!」

「Comfortable beds and spacious room!!」

「Nice hotel.」

「Clean, amazing staff and great location」

「This hotel is right by the interstate so there is some traffic noise but it is very convenient to get back on the road in the morning. There's some remodelling going on but it didn't impact us, as we were only there for one night. It was affordable with comfortable beds, good breakfast and clean. It's best feature, though, is Charles. Charles was at the front desk when we checked in & found we had double-booked rooms. He gave us all the information & phone number to correct the situation &...

「We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We loved having several restaurants right on-site with plenty of great food options, which made everything so convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintained. There was also plenty of parking, which was a nice bonus. The casino was a lot of fun with a great variety of slot machines to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!」
