"Unfortunately, Expedia booked a room when none were available. We drove an hour and a half from our home on the WA coast in anticipation of the tsunami from the 8.8 Russian earthquake. We arrived at midnight to find no room available. Nonetheless, the night clerk let us use their facilities to reach out to Expedia to arrange another room. He was so kind and helpful, I would want to stay at Spark next time I need to spend a night inland. Kudos to this property for such pleasant and accommodating staff on a stressful night!"
