「Everything’s fine! Shuttle bus service is good. If bigger luggages allowed on board is more perfect. 」

「The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is located near 3 MRT stations (Esplanade, City Hall and Promenade) and right above a huge shopping mall. The only short is about the swimming pool which is too shallow! Also, we asked for connecting /adjacent room at time of booking, but it seems that the request was only handled on site (and hence not available).」

「The main problem for this stay is renovation from nearby hotel rooms start as early as 9am in the morning, with hammering and drilling which is unacceptable to my standard It is really annoying and we dun expect early works in a hotel which is supposed to be quiet and comfy 」

「The location is great, close to SMRT station. The staffs are friendly, and the services are great. The room is comfortable and very clean. I had a wonderful stay there. Definitely I will go back when visiting Singapore 」
