「We love coming to the knoll house, it is clean and quirky and has a lot of history attached to it. The food is lovely. It’s very dog friendly beautiful Studland beach is across the road. It has a small pool and Swanage is five minutes drive down the road. It’s a very relaxing place to be.」

「Amazing stay at the Castle Inn. Check-in was superb – very friendly and informative. We had an issue with our bedroom, which we spoke to the manager Simon about and he was incredibly kind and understanding. Although the pub was really really busy he found a workaround that was brilliant and meant we enjoyed our stay immensely. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully furnished. We ate both nights in the pub and the food was excellent (it's always a concern when you have food allergies, but...

「Stayed here a few time and always found the owner friendly polite and helpful ,doesn't do evening meals but you just walk to the quay and it takes 3minutes and you have the restaurants pubs. The breakfasts are large you would not starve . Definitely recommend 」

「A very enjoyable stay, the room was beautifuly decorated with plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Had a meal in the restaurant first evening which was very enjoyable. Great outdoor and indoor space to have a drink. Poole is a lovely area and we thought this hotel was very good value.」

「A lovely winter break in a perfect location. Staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests during our stay, an extended family get together for a special birthday (8 people). We had four rooms for our family, good sized family room with double, single and sofa bed with nice sea peek; a twin with sea views; and two doubles, one sea view side. The hotel is a brick historic Victorian country house hotel set in a great elevated position in West Lulworth, a short stroll up from the cove....
