"Overall the room was good. My issue is this establishment charging $5 for parking and $100 for incidental and advising us after the fact after we booked. That will make me look elsewhere for the next time."

"The room was nice and had a large patio that we enjoyed looking over towards the Alamo. The ac was broken but they comped our stay completely and gave us a fan in our room."

"Perfect location. Property is clean and well kept. Extremely lively on the weekend. Food and drinks at the Q Kitchen are pricey as any other hotel, but extremely delicious, fresh and clean. Valet was fast and includes 24/7 in and out privileges for $65/day. My only complaint is that my flight was delayed and I could not check in until the next day. Management refused to refund the first night which I prepaid. I think they should be a bit more lenient when it comes to scenarios like this as it’s out of the visitor’s control considering Expedia provided proof of delayed flights. Staff at check in desk was not the most welcoming either. Otherwise, my stay was great."

"This is an older hotel but they keep it nice and clean. Definitely could use some updates. They also only serve Continental breakfast on the weekends but they do have coffee everyday."
