「We arrived after 7 pm and it turned out had reserved the room for Wednesday night instead of Monday night. A person associated with the restaurant which was closed on Monday, helped us. He called in to the staff and checked us into a room. Everything went so smoothly and it could have been last minute looking for a different motel. 」

「It was acceptable for one night, but the key was a little worn and hard to use, the mirror on the door is not usable, and the room smells terribly like old cigarette smoke, mattress had a plastic protector cover, made it hard to sleep peacefully. It’s a quaint historic motel. Fixing these things would make it even better. I feel like it’s a live in motel, seemed a few of the tenants were not temporary. 」

「Very well located and the staff is really friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was peaceful, with a nice outdoor area including a pond and seating. Breakfast was fantastic and packed in a picnic basket so we could easily eat by the pond. Good value. Also, not included, but dinner there was fantastic!」
