"Pedi toalhas na recepção porque tinha um vazamento de água no meu quarto e utilizei a toalha pra aparar a água, o chuveiro alagava o quarto e não me trouxeram a toalha depois de pedir por 3 vezes, saí sem tomar banho. No checking nada amigável ! Não voltaria . "

The staff were very attentive & everyone was so friendly. The buffets are a must! We loved the variety of food. This is a wonderful property & well worth the extra price to stay here. "
