「It was good, but I was disappointed because the hotel announced a 100% non smoking policy, but there were people allowed to smoke on the swimming pool and bar area. It disturbed a lot and made me feel like not visiting agai.」

「Sanma wants to be a top notch hotel. It achieves that in some areas while others are lacking. Breakfast is a highlight esp. with a small a al carte menu at the table and champagner. Staff was mixed. Some really forthcoming and some clearly disinterested. For me the main issue though is a certain lack of maintenance although maybe that is being tackled at the moment with renovations going on in the hotel. For the price, i would have expected a more well rounded package.」

「Everyone and everything was absolutely perfect. From the warm greeting, to the breakfast staff remembering our names from our last visit in July. And the attention to detail in the cleaning of our room was incredible. We will definitely stay again and look forward to seeing everyone again soon. 」
