Hot tub wasn't hot in the hot tub closest to our room. The club office gentleman was extremely rude when I didn't understand him. Security was tight, which I appreciated but it went from very little security to very tight security instantly.

This was one of the nicest codos we've stayed in. We were there fkr Spring Break and ot wasn't very busy at all. We had no waits for the elevator, the view was amazing, and the laid back, chill vibe was just what we needed.

The place was as described. As a content creator the WiFi only worked on one floor and was poor at best. They were quick to bring an extender, but it was not working either. The fact that it’s a huge concrete building may have been a factor. Bring your own Starlink if you need streaming power. It would have been great advertisement for them if we would have been able to utilize the streaming, but it was in continuous lag. The shower had hair on the wall. We moved a couch for a live stream and it had food underneath it. There wasn’t even a broom and dustpan to be able to clean it up. Besides these factors, it was a beautiful view from the living room which would be the 5/6th floor. People below us were looking at buildings. The grounds were clean and the beach access was wonderful, barring there were no beach chairs or umbrella service available.

Awesome suite! Well maintained and fresh! One of the air conditioners went out and they replaced it in 6 hours! They said 3PM, it was done at 2:30! Everything was as promised.

At first the checkin seemed strict with all the paperwork and had to name guests and ages but overall very safe gated quiet property. Great room view and location, beach front but 10 min walk. No beach towels provided but glad we took our own just incase! After check-out we left an item behind and front desk staff informed us that they found it and would ship! Would definitely book again!

If you’re looking for a quiet place with two good pools and hot tubs, this is a nice find. Easy enough beach access. Definitely not a party place for spring break. Gated parking was very convenient No bar on site but close enough to walk to several good restaurants, coffee shops and bars. First room had broken blinds and no bedding provided for the foldout bed. No TP is provided if you run out. They were gracious enough to move us to another room, which was much more functional and had a couple of beach chairs. Blinds worked and they provided bedding for a futon. We shopped locally to make our own food in the well stocked kitchen.

Room was clean and had everything we needed! Comfy furniture and bed. We didn’t have the best view on 2nd floor, but was still nice. The only downside was that only 1 elevator was operational so often had to wait a bit for it. Beach access was perfect, and away from the more congested areas. Would stay here again.

When we arrived to Sunchase IV the staff was very welcoming and informative. Any time I called the front desk they were very helpful and cheerful. The condo was clean. We were looking for a place to stay that had a full kitchen condo. That is why we chose this place. The picture for the condo was not the place we stayed at that was very deceiving when we checked out our place. There was no beach view. Our condo looked into the parking lot. We could see the water on the other side of the island but that does not count. The living room and kitchen were very modern and beautiful. There was plenty of drawer space and bathroom cabinets had room to put our things. Shower was fine but the hanging metal shower organizer was rusty. There was a big black spot in the carpet in the loft. We enjoyed both pools! The pool towels were not satisfactory since they were too short and were old and shredded on the ends. The condo carpeting was dated and worn. The closet was stuffed with so many items we could not hang our clothes. It is really meant for 2 people than 4. There is a single chair and sofa in the living room. It would have been nice to have a love seat instead of the weird looking chair. From the outside you could see the railings had not been kept up since they were rusty looking.

Everything was in bad shape, couch was unusable, sink faucet was broken, everything was cheap. Listening was a 1 bedroom but it was a studio, claimed was 800 sq feet but was only 500. Blinds were broken, check in times were late and nobody was there. Hey the 70’s called they want everything In the place back.

Booked a one bedroom one bath that sleeps 4; however it was a loft style apartment. Very difficult set up for my husband and I along with 16 year old son since you had to go through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom.

The views of the ocean were wonderful. The beach art throughout the condo was beautiful. I brought my grandson and son and we had plenty of sleeping space. The only complaint are the stairs because I am 68 so they did get me out of breath sometimes. But otherwise, the appliances, washer and dryer were really needed and nice.
