「"Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 「Perfect stay! My husband and I stayed for two days and it was a great little get away! Wonderful views, quiet and peaceful, and many other amenities that we did not have chance to use. The cabin came equipped with everything we needed. Make sure you book a waterfront or water view, these are the most private cabins.」
