「First we were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned. They upgraded us to a bigger room for the same price, however, it had 1 coffee cup, 1 plastic cup, no coffee, no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. 2 “bath” towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. They wanted to charge us double over Expedia. The bigger room came with a kitchen. It had a stove and a microwave. No plates, pans or silverware.」
「Liked convenience to shops & transportation. Disliked extra charge for cleaning service. I believe this is the "built-in" tip for maid service. Something to consider before leaving a checkout gratuity! OK to pass this info incognito to the motel!」
「The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Parking was right in front of the room and no stairs. It had a view of the ocean and was not noisy at off and it was right off the highway.」
