「I literally cannot say enough good things about this property. The staff were amazing so friendly. The place was clean. The pool was great. The property was so well-maintained. It was such a unique place to stay. I was there for five nights. It has such character. The pool is right outside your door. there is a mango tree full of mangoes. 「I’ve stayed twice at this location, both were quick overnight stops. The staff was proactive and had me checked in when I got there. I was given all the instructions I needed to get into the room. It was clean, recently remodeled, the comfortable bed was comfortable, and shower was hot. The price was competitive and I’ll be staying there anytime I get down to Marco Island. If you’re looking for full service, this is not it, but if you’re looking for clean and comfortable, this is your stay.」

「Conty’s is like a blast from the past. If you think of how a hotel in Florida would have looked in the 70s this is it. Property was in decent shape on the outside the inside of the rooms could use a renovation but at the end of the day it was a clean spot to lay our heads for the night and for the price there is nothing we could complain about」
