"When I arrived it was unclear where I should park , and after parking my car in the alley I was told they were out of spaces for guests. I was assigned a resident parking spot , but it requires another to key fob. Also, the shower gel bottle was empty, I had hand soap, but you don't provide lotion. This hotel is not good for short-term travelers."

"Cleanliness was on point "

"A maintenance guy walked in to our room while we were sleeping saying that he was coming in cuz we called in saying that our toilet wasn't working. So we told him that it wasn't us who called. My wife had to call down to the lobby using her cell phone cuz the phone on the room wasn't working. So she called in to see what was going on with the maintenance showing up early. They had told us that we had called in do to the toilet. We had told them that it wasn't us that called in and they kept sayings it was us, instead of apologizing."

"Dirtiest carpet i e ever seen and dirtiest bathtub ive ever seen.....absolutely disgiating trash heep behind the fake pool bar...im talking a hazmat situation....the hilton should be ashamed of themselves...."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful! The staff, especially RJ at the front desk, was so welcoming and accommodating, the room was spacious and well appointed, and the amenities were great. I’d definitely stay here again! "

"GREAT STAFF and I love the free snacks!! I wish I had brought my swimsuit because the hot tub was very inviting. "
