"Room was very nice, had every amenity needed! Very spacious. Modern furniture & fixtures! Very nice mirror! Staff was helpful & excellent! Ocean front view was amazing."

"The room furniture worn freyed couch and desk chair. Coffee table paint all chipped. Bed positioned one way television on other wall could not lay in bed and watch tv. Lamp shade dirty with water stains. Ocean view glass dirty foggy could not have a good view unless glass was open. Went down to get a towel as someone was in the shower as we needed an extra can’t get one from desk someone has to bring it 45 minutes later. You have to pay for parking so if you go and family coming later you pay like $40 a car a day for offsite parking $50.00 for valet not to mention the place a $100.00 a night hold then they charge an additional amount for ancillary hold as well then you play resort fees. Great location, crappy room Asked for a refund for the room not for resort fees or parking verbally, in writing and by phone call … hold your breath… So here’s the breakdown $400 for 2 nights $200 for deposit, $112 for ancillary, $56.25 for resort fees and $160.00 for 2 nights parking for 2 cars You decide if it is worth it!!! Find a different place or insist they give you another room but good luck supervisor not available and wasn’t available when Expedia contacted them"

"Came during Rockville room rate was jacked up three times the normal rate and had nothing extra to offer. Didn’t have a balcony! Think mine may have been the only room that didn’t have one would’ve been nice to have. Food at the restaurant and staff not good. This is my second time staying highly likely I will not get be back."

"This hotel strikes me more as a long-term rental location for the impoverished. The walls are thin, the patrons are loud and the rooms look like an efficiency apartment from 1968. It’s the type of place where you walk up to the front counter and there is a prominently displayed mini fridge fully stocked with inexpensive beer sold by the can. The towels were no larger than a floor towel, stained, and felt like they were 15 years old. We asked for new towels and they required us to bring the used wet ones up before they would give us a new clean set. They arrived pre-stained. The only redeeming aspect of this location was a very pleasant and helpful staff, as long as they didn’t have to bend the rules. "

"Over all rating I would say it was a bit disappointing. The property is self was not as nice as your photographs on the web. Restaurant and bar was always closed, showers by the beach exit and entrance did not work so there was no way to rinse the sand off of someone either stand in the pool or completely get in. The room and hallway to our room had a wet dirty smell to it. Bathroom shower had very low water pressure when showering I mean low pressure, and then there’s the view we were placed on the second floor right above the pool area and had the listen to the gates slamming open and shut as early as 7am. The view itself was obscured by the roof of the tiki bar at pool side which was closed. Major Construction going on next door so at this time I would not recommend visiting again. "

"The room and lobby were clean, but the property was a bit outdated. We had everything we needed and staff was able to provide us with extra linens for the fold out sofa bed and a small crib with linens. The breakfast was good considering it was complimentary. There was free self parking, but it’s all outside and at your own risk. There were only 2 elevators and 1 was out of order during our stay so the elevator service was very slow and we took the stairs a lot. There was also no hot tub, so that was sorta sad, because usually HIE have them. Overall, we had everything we needed but would probably pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time."
