"I booked approximately 4 weeks in advance and asked for 2 rooms adjoining and if not at least next to each other or across the hall. I called 2 weeks in advance to verify that this can be done. They said it looks like it can be done. We get there and one room is on the second floor. The other room is on the 4th floor. TERRIBLE! The pool was broken. The clerk at front desk had all these rooms of people to check in and I said can’t you swap one room for a room that’s on the same floor? She said NOPE! I was told not to change anything. We get into the room and second floor room 209 and all night long every time the ice machine would run or someone would turn on water or flush a toilet a loud generator noice would come roaring through our room! It was awful! We got zero sleep. Needless to say I can honestly say that this hotel service and everything you guys did not do for us ruined a very special fun night. You should be ashamed and I have called the manager and will go even higher up the chain of command. I want a full refund and I will never stayninnthisnhotel again. Ever!"

"Best thing about the hotel was that the front desk staff member was nice. The hotel is in poor shape and the reviews and ratings are misleading imo. The room smelled mildewy, the bathroom had mold and a strong smell, the bedding was stained (altho appeared washed) and the sound traveled so that every time a person went in or out of their rooms the doors slammed and woke us up. Our room door was hard to open and the windows ce machine was broken and no vending machines worked."

"Tv was very small and not set up high enough to be viewed from bed. Only one think blanket (plus sheets) on the bed."

"Enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice. My only complaint was the noise from the traffic on US 223. Really loud! If we stay again we will ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. "
