"The stay was completely disappointing. Upon arriving the check in was completely wrong, we were given the wrong room based on last name and had to switch rooms after getting to the room. Once getting the correct room the room looked worn down and used , the tub was dirty the rooms were dusty. The heat smells like it was burning when turned on. The pool was closed and we weren’t told that until arriving. The elevator got stuck constantly as well. We will not be back"

"Best thing about the hotel was that the front desk staff member was nice. The hotel is in poor shape and the reviews and ratings are misleading imo. The room smelled mildewy, the bathroom had mold and a strong smell, the bedding was stained (altho appeared washed) and the sound traveled so that every time a person went in or out of their rooms the doors slammed and woke us up. Our room door was hard to open and the windows ce machine was broken and no vending machines worked."

"Tv was very small and not set up high enough to be viewed from bed. Only one think blanket (plus sheets) on the bed."

"Enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice. My only complaint was the noise from the traffic on US 223. Really loud! If we stay again we will ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. "

"The property is old and dated. Needs updating. Beds are extremely soft which may be a problem for people with bad backs. Parking was fine. Music was blasting in the lobby over a crackly speakers. "
