「This is the first time we have stayed at this property. It was very clean, up to date, the front desk was so friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and so clean. When we are in this area again, we will reserve another stay. 」

「Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. 」

「This was a great house, very conveniently located to visit our son at Adrian college. They had everything we could need. I would highly recommend this house and these renters.」

「The room was suppose to be non smoking, the room smell like cigarette smoke, the bed was the same smell. Bath room sink, didnt drain. Went down to get hot water for coffee and it was warm . Didn't feel like the breakfast area was clean. 」

「Well first dogs barking in the hall for about 5 minutes at 1am. Then there fire alarm was glitching and beeping at 645a. Then leaf blowers going blowing the snow. Made for a rough time sleeping. Staff was great though and very kind. Lady at the counter was from another hotel. Veey kind and helpful though.」

「The check in area was dirty, so we asked to check the room before checking in. The room was dirty, there were muddy boot prints on the carpet, beds slept in and people were hanging out in the parking area. We did not feel safe staying there so we said no to a different room and stayed at a different inn. I feel a refund is in order.」
