"We recently stayed at JW Marriott Kolkata to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was one of the most amazing and comfortable hotel stays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was absolutely delicious, and the housekeeping team was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. A very special mention goes to Shreya from Guest Relations. She went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of throughout our stay. She truly is comfortable and memorable ensuring every personal request was handled with genuine care and professionalism. We’d also like to sincerely thank Atoshi from Guest Relations, who looked after us with such warmth and kindness that which made I feel very cared for. Shreya and Atoshi delivered the kind of luxurious, five-star hospitality that makes JW Marriott stand out. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care made our celebration even more special. "A great little boutique hotel. Family run to a very high standard. Very friendly and smilely. It makes us fee welcomed and gives you a clean room but as everything commensurates with the price. I would say it is on the fair side. All amenities work as they should but we were unhappy about the speed on in house wi-fi which the ower says it was raining."

"Stayed 9 nights there in February 2026. The 3* hotel is good value for money and provided very comfortable beds in large rooms with fans and air conditioning. The bathrooms are typically Indian but fully functional. The breakfast provided in Pepper Chino restaurant is superb, with a wide range of options including tea/coffee/juice, fruit, toast, Indian dishes and omelettes, and the Cloud Tavern on the top floor is an ideal place to have an evening meal and a beer or wine. In addition, we found the staff are all extremely helpful. The acid test is would I stay there again? Absolutely I would, without any hesitation! "
