"Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there. Keurig needs descaling. Single AC unit in living room is noisy and leaking on the patio. Bed was noisy and not especially comfortable and pillows were tired and need replacing. Receiving a map before check in would have helped with parking; we had to schlep a bunch of stuff down the hill while trying to locate our place. More parking in lower lot would have been helpful, but doesn't look like room to expand. We stayed for a week and the place felt like home. We enjoyed our stay here."

Upon arrival, the unit had multiple cleanliness issues, including visible hair throughout the space, sticky surfaces with residue, and an unclean toilet. These are not minor concerns, they raise clear sanitation issues. Additionally, the listing’s description and photos, particularly regarding the ocean view and surrounding environment, did not accurately reflect the actual property. This was a key factor in booking and was a significant discrepancy. I reported these issues immediately upon check-in and ultimately did not stay at the property, securing alternative accommodations instead. Unfortunately, the situation was not resolved despite providing documentation. I would strongly caution future guests and recommend that this listing be reviewed for accuracy and cleanliness standards."

"Was a beautiful place we only booked it for one night and we really loved it there so we booked another night just in a different room but still equally wonderful staff was great. Property was beautiful."

"Great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach (across the street from the complex). Walking distance to coffee shops and shopping. Easy short drive to Safeway for groceries. Condos have what you need and nothing more; but who goes to Hawaii to stay in the condo all day? You came for what’s outside so it’s perfect. :)"
