「I was very disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, the walls had visible mildew, and several of the towels provided appeared unclean. When we requested clean bedding and covers, staff were unwilling to accommodate our request. Additionally, we were asked to leave the pool area earlier than expected because a convention was scheduled to arrive, despite being paying guests of the property. This made us feel unwelcome and...

「For the most part everything good i didn’t like i had to go downstairs to the 1st floor to heat up my food and there were not a laundry room to wash our dirty clothes had to drive 4miles to a laundry mat.. I also had to let front desk know I needed my room clean because cleaning services only cleaned every other day..not good for health reasons.」
