"Our stay was good, except that the accessible room we reserved was not accessible. There was some confusion as to which rooms were accessible. The manager, ms Lewis, apologized for the mistake and made sure that the room we were scheduled to use the following week was accessible."

"Water turns off intermittently. Found that in middle of shower. Wi fi doesn’t function in my room. Works in lobby but not in room. Room 338. Had to wait out the intermittent water service to finish shower and flush toilet. Reported this to staff on duty at 8 am and requested a manager call me back. It’s 415pm and no call back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Water service and internet are essential services. Not sure what is going on but will attempt another contact tomorrow. "

"Esquire is a basic, very well maintained, hotel. You get a big bang for the buck. The room was very clean and inviting, with nice decorative touches. A lot of attention was paid to colors, and there was interesting artwork. The room looked newly painted and the bathroom was upgraded with tiled floors and walls. The fridge and microwave were a bonus, as well as a sofa to relax in. There was a little table to to at. The TV worked well. The bed was very comfortable with many pillows for relaxing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel. "

"Old and dated. Room was really hot someone left the heater to 78. Building is run down and room outdated. A lot of the machines in the casino were down. Disappointed with the whole place. Slept with a chair against the door I was creeped out. "
