「Overall, there are several significant issues to consider, especially around security, billing transparency, and arrival logistics, although the property does benefit from a good location and strong potential if managed properly. The most serious concern is security. The building’s front door never locked properly and was consistently open, to the point where no code was required to enter. Billing is also an issue. Guests must pay taxes, cleaning, and extras through a separate link before...

「If anything, the photos and listing did not do justice to this lovely property. My husband, grown son, and I recently stayed in the duplex and were blown away by the space and amenities in the unit. The modern decor was tasteful, sleek and clean yet warm and comfortable at the same time. The large closets and layout make this a perfect place should you want to do a long stay. The location was exactly what I look for: within easy walking distance of all the sights and eateries but off the main...

「The location was fab for exploring Valletta and close to the bus station for going further afield. The flat was tidy and good for what we needed. However, communication about check in and check out was unclear. The house keeping staff, who showed up at our door 30mins before check out time, didn't seem to know when check out was which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable.」

「Terrible experience. The apartment was in poor condition, and the entire building was filthy, with pigeon droppings and feathers everywhere — impossible to avoid, even inside the flat. The building itself was under construction, which was never disclosed beforehand. The shower was broken — every time we used it, water leaked heavily and flooded the entire bedroom. Communication with the host was awful: our messages before arrival were ignored, and once we arrived at the address, we were denied...
