Staff are friendly and helpful, they respond quickly to our requests and professionally. Hotel room is not very spacious, but enough for us to spend coupled nights there, as we’d head out everyday. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. Excellent wifi speed for conference call."

"Just what the weary traveller needs - close to a quiet beach and two lovely pools. Room big and comfy. The hotel would have had the ‘wow factor’ in its day but now elements are a little tired. Breakfast didn’t have much British stuff and the tea cups were like eye baths. I accept that on one level but for an international hotel I’d hope there would be a bit more available for an old pom like me. When I requested fresh milk for the room for my tea coffee was told ‘only do creamer’ pity"

"It was too impressive and clean, whatever it is located in the middle of the city, therefore anytime I could use shopping mall without transportation."

"Everything about this hotel is good, not great. I suppose it meets expectations based on price and stars. Some things seemed a little worn, or the a little slow or whatever, but overall, nothing was actually bad. More importantly, the breakfast is really good and I never had an issue with getting a seat."
