「I am giving the hotel five stars because the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The public spaces of the property are very inviting and stylish. My room, a corner loft, was well appointed and quite clean. However, several things in the room require repair. For instance, one of the shower knobs continually fell off, one of the sink faucets significantly leaked when turned on, and one of the tv remotes was non-functional even after having the battery changed. 」
