Bit shabby, but fit for purpose. I’d ditch the “lease” type form on the table. People just want to come and relax and not worry about maintenance 😉」

Locality brilliant, with a walking path right outside the door. Shops and cafes accessed by this path, as was the pelicans, paddle boarders, kayakers etc.」
