"I got two rooms for 11th through the 16th the ac worked fine but when heat was turned on the smell was terrible so I turned on the ac only other that there was a blood or some sort of reddish orange colored stain on our bed comforter the wife wouldn’t dare go near it got a new one downstairs the staff was nice but the only bad thing I thought was people parking in handicap with no sticker and I got a prosthetic and a boot to wear from a foot injury there was only one handicap spot"

"Property was very clean, safe, and quiet. It was very nice that they provided water from pictures in the lobby. The room and hot tub were very clean. The downsides were that our room didn’t get cleaned second day we were there, our beds were very uncomfortable and I could not get water bottles from vending machine as it did not work and the staff women at the desk next to me didn’t bother to ask if I needed help. The front door is a pull open which is difficult when your hands are full of bags."

"A little rough around the edges, but everything worked and nothing smelled lousy. Liked the central location, plenty of walkable food and entertainment options. Skipped the breakfast but had a decent lunch in the hotel restaurant. I'd stay there again if I ever end up in Billings."
