「The lobby is pretty nice. However, it is obvious that the property interior otherwise needs some refreshing. The coffee machines weren’t working the second morning we were there. What disappointed me most though was the lack of customer service. I needed to add a room to my reservation for the night I was there and I accidentally clicked the wrong date. They would not cancel the room for me.」

「The breakfast was good Only one elevator worked our entire stay. Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, which it wasn’t. When I got into the room there was barely any toilet paper. I had to ask for a roll. A few days later they came to clean my room and still left the other toilet roll dispenser empty. I had to again request toilet paper. I travel frequently, that was the first time I had to request toilet paper.」
