The staff were pleasant and accommodating, the manager was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the Wednesday social was a pleasant touch! We stayed for a week and we will definitely stay again!

The floors weren’t vacuumed, we found someone else’s medicine bottle under the bedside table, and there was broken glass in the 3rd floor hallway near room 320. This hotel was better around 2017 when we started there last. Don’t think we’d go back.

My family and I stayed just 1 night while visiting UVM and we couldn't have been more pleased. They upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite which was a nice surprise. Everything was very clean. All of the staff were warm and friendly. The food at breakfast was impressive and delicious. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay, which opens very early and closes late. We will definitely be staying here again in the future when we visit our daughter at school.

My daughter and I stayed her for a long weekend while visiting my son . It far exceeded my expectations. The king sized room that we had included a full kitchen with a full fridge and dishes and a dishwasher ! Breakfast was included every day and delicious coffee any time . Super clean, beautiful premises, including pool .we will be back !!!

Great option, good location
Good hotel, a bit noisy because of the highway nearby, but not problematic. The chairs fabric were stained and worn and they really need to put real coffee machines in the rooms. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is above average and access/parking is hassle free.

Room wasn't clean, bits of food found on floor in both rooms. My dog nearly ate a gumball found under a chair. Small crumbs found in bed.

Overall the room and property was in good shape but the bathroom sink in the room I had was seriously clogged. And, the pool must have had a double dose of chlorine as it caused *a lot* of eye irritation. The staff was helpful.

Friendly
A quick stay in Burlington on a Wednesday. Pleasantly surprised to see a social was offered with light food fare, soup, salad, wine and beer. Very clean and convenient. Manager Josh greeted us like family, and remembered us at the Social. Very personable.

Amazing
Amazing. Breakfast with the homemade muffins and quiche was fantastic with a large choice of breakfast items , including fresh fruit and fresh yogurt. Very clean. On check out asked for a paper receipt but because we had booked through hotels.ca they couldn’t print it, then as we were pulling out of the parking lot the manager was waiting on the curb with the printout. His name was John and he went above and beyond so appreciated
