Check in was a bit rough, desk clerk couldn’t find our bonvoy number so we were hassling about how we would get wifi since we didn’t have our number on us. He made it stressful and didn’t seem to want to help us find it. And please tell me why you can’t provide coffee for your guests at $200 a night. Buying $6 coffees for me and my husband everyday was ridiculous. We expected more from a property like this. "
