「We ended up having a wonderful stay. It started out bumpy, girls at front desk very unfriendly and never told us of free coffee, breakfast arrangement until we were leaving and asked. Power washing of chairs was right in front of us and EXTREMELY annoying for 2 days. We complained and the manager Margaret Carcaterra was very helpful and understanding. She upgraded us which eliminated the problem so the rest of our stay was wonderful. Thank you Margaret」

「Check-in was easy and we were greeted in a very friendly manor. The room was very clean as was the lobby and hallways. Breakfast was good and constantly being re-stocked.
