We’ve stayed here many times and usually have a great experience, which keeps us coming back. This time was a little different. We were placed in a handicap-accessible room—not what we originally requested—but it was the only option available during our stay. We also asked for a king bed but received a different setup.
The tub drained very slowly, and although we mentioned it, we never received a follow-up call from maintenance as we were told we would. When we brought it up again at checkout, a maintenance team member said there had been a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, which may have caused some confusion. Still, we were told someone would reach out, but that never happened.
We’ll definitely be back, as this has been one of our go-to places, and we appreciate the overall experience. Just hoping for a smoother stay next time.
