「Great, courteous staff. Overlooking a private beach. 2 good sized outdoor pool (didnt use as too cold in Nov) Food was great with all-inclusive. Great of them to upgrade from half-board. Rooms felt very basic for a 5 star. The shampoo and body wash was empty. 」

「There were several pools.All spotless and well maintained. The beachfront is amazing as well. Turquoise waters, chair drink and snack service.Lunch cafe is right there as well. The beachfront was kept clean of debris.Beautiful turquoise water. Plenty of umbrella loungers . The staff here were excellent. 「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」
