An all inclusive resort that provided breakfast/lunch/dinner and evening entertainment. It was right on the beach and the staff was very professional and attentive. A 20 minute walk to the Medina or about a 10-dinar taxi ride.

Siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura nelle ultime due settimane di agosto. Mi ha colpito molto la disponibilità di tutto il personale, in particolare quello del ristorante che ci ha aiutato a rendere unico il compleanno di un nostro amico. Le camere sono spaziose e funzionali anche se un po' datate. Il ristorante offre, oltre ai piatti tradizionali, anche carne e/o pesce alla griglia. Punto forte la colazione, con le strepitose crepes alla nutella!! Nel complesso la qualità del cibo è buona.. Clientela prevalentemente tunisina, algerina, pochi italiani... Unica nota dolente il servizio in spiaggia, praticamente inesistente; Nel complesso il mio giudizio è positivo e la struttura è da consigliare assolutamente.

Ich hatte einige Bewertungen lesen müssen im Voraus, die mich total erschreckt haben. Aber ich bin froh, dass ich meine eigene Erfahrung machen konnte. Die Zimmer waren sauber, allgemein das Hotel war sauber. Der Service war super. Was ich total gut fand, dass die Softgetränke aus der Flasche kamen und nicht aus der Maschine wie in anderen Hotels. Klar, Pappbecher sind nicht unbedingt schön, aber das gibt es auch erst seit corona und wurde wahrscheinlich noch beibehalten. Die Animateure haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Wir hatten eig immer Spaß. Die Anlage ist in einer super Gegend. Alles ist in der Nähe. Die Rutschen waren ein großer Spaß für die Kinder. Der Pool war schön, man durfte auch den Pool vom nachbarhotel nutzen. Leider besetzten andere Hotelgäste die liegen über Nacht. Als wir uns beschwert hatten, wurde ein Zettel aufgehängt Am Pool, der besagte, dass die Reservierung verboten ist, ob die Gäste es dann eingehalten haben, weiß ich nicht. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Das Hotel war sehr günstig also war das Preis-leistungsverhältnis gut. Alles in einem schöne Tage.

Séjour d'une nuit seulement et heureusement. Entretien des installations laisse à désirer et endroit sale. Petit déjeuner très rudimentaire. Wifi seulement au lobby.

Je fais un réservation avec des photos de chambre bien et quand j’ai allé là-bas j’ai trouvé le contraire une chambre pourrait service d’hôtel si tu n’importe quoi J’ai perdu deux jours de mon mes vacances mais j’ai changé l’hôtel

Hôtel horrible. Aucune propreté. Photos trompeuses. Personnels désagréable. Nourriture sans aucun goût aucun choix dans les quelques plats proposés. Pas de plage privé il faut marcher 10 minutes pour trouver une plage qui en plus n'est pas propre. Hôtel très très bruyant du fait de la boite de nuit a l'intérieur. Piscine sale. Lit trouvé avec des poils et des cheuveux dégoûtant. Nous devions passé une semaine la bas nous sommes restés une nuit et nous sommes partit. Hôtel dit 4 étoiles je lui en attribue même pas une. Hôtel a fuir absolument !!!

Ne jamais partir là bas

Nous sommes arrivé pour passer une nuit au Marhaba club , attente de 1heure environ pour avoir la chambre car nous ont signaler que pas de confirmation . Chambre sale , baignoire noir et rouillée . De plus j’ai voulu ouvrir la baie vitré en me réveillant le matin la baie vitrée et tombe sur le balcon et exploser en 1000 morceaux . Je pense que cela tenais de peur .. aucun geste commercial de leur part pour tout sa mais rien demander j’ai écris directement à hôtels.com . Mais m’ont demander si je me suis pas coucher sur la baie vitrée et savoir comment on allez faire . Hôtel à éviter une honte .

Dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel, on ne nous a pas donné la chambre car ils disaient qu’il manquait 363€ à payer alors que nous avions payé l’intégralité en ligne. Cela nous a fait perdre plus d’une demie journée. De plus, le personnel (pas tous) n'était pas agréable. Plage et piscine correcte.

The beach is nice and the location is good yet the staff are not the nicest, apparantly most people coming here come through travel agences and come on an all inclusive package, booking through Expedia I 9nlu had the option to book a room with breakfast which is what I wanted
