The hotel allowed early checkin and late checkout. There is a water park attached and water slides in the hotel pools. The food and beverage service was good, The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The animation team provided great entertainment and programs. I didn’t like that sometime inappropriate music was played which involved cursed words, definitely not appy for family/children. I did not like the fact that there was only one ladder to get in and out of pool. Need more strategic placed ladders. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

C’est le pire hôtel de toute ma vie entière !!! Je vous le déconseille vraiment. Il n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. La nourriture est immonde, c’est tout les jours les mêmes choses !!! Ce n’est pas frais, je suis tombée malade tout le séjour à cause de leur nourriture. Lors du repas, tout le monde se pousse PERSONNE ne respecte la queue c’est une JUNGLE vraiment du jamais vu. Pour les chambres, la femme de ménage ne fais même pas les lits elle essuie juste le sol vite fait, elle nettoie pas le lavabo et la baignoire c’est tellement dégoûtant. Bref je vous déconseille d’y aller c’est une perte d’argent !!!!!

Bon rapport qualité prix grâce à l’aquapark

Dans l’ensemble notre séjour s’est bien passé, bungalow confortable mis à part la salle de bain à rafraîchir surtout la robinetterie. Chek in prévu à 14h arrive à 14h05 clés uniquement à 15h30 et ménage toujours pas fait dans la chambre. Femme de chambre agréable équipe d’animation très présente serveur disponible mais accueil très froid surtout la personne qui s’occupe des réservations de table pas pro du tout pas souriante et pas agréable. Piscine toboggan jeux pour enfant au top Repas assez bon dans l’ensemble et varié mais la queue certaine fois était penible pour se servir au buffet et les boissons sont servi par deux ou trois jeunes hommes qui un coup servent une bière pression en mettent partout et ensuite servent du coca et du fanta sans gaz et chaud. Clim éteinte dans le hall h24 sympa quand on doit attendre 2h d’avoir sa chambre Système de climatisation des chambre coupée de 8h à 14h oublier les siestes le matin il faut allez à la piscine impossible de rester dans la chambre! Beaucoup de russes qui ne respectent pas grand choses.

Une catastrophe a éviter..!

Je déconseille vivement d'y mettre les pieds, c'est une vraie arnaque: Accueil: on nous a demandé de payer un supplément pour mon enfant de 12ans.. Attente de plus de 3 heures Service de chambre: ne passe jamais nous n'avons pas eu de serviette pendant tous notre séjour de 4 jours État des chambre: délabré pourri plein de fourmis matelas infectés (cf images) Situation de la chambre: a côté d'une piscine ouverte au publique et musique Raï à fond toute la journée impossible de faire un sieste... Restauration : on fait de la queux pour avoir tout..(des frites et des oeufs et un petit morceau de viande, un morceau de pizza...)mais personne ne respecte la queux On mange des pastèque chaque jour comme fruit, des repas locaux avec des pattes chaque jour on a fini par céder et manger dehors. Tout est payant : télécommande de clim/TV, frigo, coffre fort.. On a eu droit a une bouteille d'eau par jour..! Service : les salariés sont dépassés et démotivés.. Il reconnaissent la médiocrité du service l'etat des tenues des maîtres mangeurs est honteux.. Animation : répétitive sans créativité. C'est le pire hôtel dans le quel on peut séjourner...!

A vite oublier

Très déçu de cet hôtel. Un accueil exécrable, j’ai réservé un bungalow pour 4 personnes en payant tout mon séjour d’avance par carte bleu. Arrivé à l’hotel, on m’affirme froidement qu’il n’y avait aucune réservation. Après 2h d’attente et un gros coup de gueule avec la réception on trouve enfin ma réservation. (Merci à la help desk d’hotel.com pour sa réactivité). L’hôtel est all inclusive, cependant la wifi est payante (10 dinars) la salle de sport est payante aussi (10 dinars la journée). Enfin c’est un parcours du combattant pour avoir une bouteille d’eau. En ce qui concerne le self... nous y sommes allez seulement 1x vu la qualité des plats proposés... Seul point positif : les tobbogans (quand ils ne sont pas bondés car l’hôtel est aussi un parc aquatique pour les visiteurs extérieurs...)

Hôtel sale, service horrible

À notre arrivée on nous donne un bungalow alors qu'on avait réservé une chambre sous prétexte que l'hôtel affiche complet, le bungalow était dans un piteux état (cafards, salle de bain dégueulasse, étagères cassées draps troués) Impossible de nous trouver une autre chambre alors nous décidons de passer la première nuit dans un autre hôtel. Le lendemain matin on nous propose une autre chambre. Bref le service est horrible le restaurant on dirait que c'est une aide humanitaire pas un 4 etoiles Le personnel est affreux, l'hôtel est très sale toutes les boissons sont diluées même le café. Une bouteille d'eau minérale par jour et par chambre !!!! Waouh et c'est ça un 4 etoiles ???? Hôtel a fuire... C'est de l'argent jetée par les fenêtres... Heureusement on n'a pris que 3 nuitées

Understaffed, dirty and crowded hotel. My son left the hotel after 2 nights during which he suffered from mosquitoes bites and other weird insects. We informed the personnel of the hotel but they did not take any measure. By the way how come that a four star hotel charges extra money for some basics services (like having a mini refrigerator or a locker for your valuables). In addition, how come that a four star hotel impose restriction on your consumption of water (1 bottle per room per day regardless of the number of guests).

Too much residents

It is a nice hotel but because a lot of residents were there it was not possible to staff to serve us properly, we have make line to eat etc the quality of the food and the the room cleanliness were terrible

Thalassa snydt hotel .

Jeg holder ferie 2 gange om året og jeg bor på hotel hver gange , aldrig jeg har set , den kan ikke være hotel , jeg har annuleret min reservation fra 1st nat , det er snydt og alt hvad står på hotel annoncen passer ikke , service = 0 , snavs over de hele , alle møbler og gulve klister med snavs . Problemer er hvordan i accepterer og giver tilbud til folk at reservere ophold på den Hotel . I kan godt sende nogen kigge op kontrollere det hotel , aldrig jeg har set . Morgen mad uden teske og jeg har spurt restaurant chef , han siger at i bruger ikke teske til morgen mad , jeg gik ud fra hotellet sammen min familie og spist morgen mad ud fra hotellet . Det er snydt hotel .
