"We had an excellent stay. The accommodations were great. We had one bedroom with a nice shower, air conditioning, and wifi. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating with a little bit of a language barrier but that’s what Google translate is for. We had a lovely breakfast buffet the next morning in the courtyard. The location was slightly difficult to find but a nice woman pointed us in the right direction. Although most people were kind and helpful, keep your guard up. While exploring the Medina on our way to the secret garden we did have someone scam us for money. All that to be said the Riad Tahyra was great and we would definitely stay here again. "
"The property was absolutely beautiful. Our host (who used to be a teacher!)was very gracious and we were greeted enthusiasticly and with a tea and a desert. Our host did an amazing job helping us book our excursions to the Ouzud Waterfalls and The Agafay Desert for a camel ride + dinner and a special show.
The bed was comfortable and the soap and shampoo smelled great. The daily Moroccan Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. The rooftop is a great space to sit and enjoy the breeze as well. The waitstaff was friendly and prompt. The special Moroccan tea was itself an experience. We also loved the little cat that lives at the rooftop!!
The small pool was really nice and cold. It was great to cool off after being out all day in the heat. It was a little noisy on the first floor as our room was in the courtyard but not so much it disturbed my sleep.
I would 100% stay here again. Actively dreaming about returning here for the 2030 World Cup! It was an amazing experience to be able to walk through the marketplace from our hotel and the entire staff were absolutely amazing and courteous. Much love from America. Shokran! En shalla!!! "
