「Clean place. Staff is helpful. Connectivity is extremely poor. The place is accessible only on foot through very narrow alleyways. We had to manually lug our luggage 2+ flight of very narrow stairs. No elevators available. Room was extremely small. 1 single bed and 2 twin beds pushed together to made into double bed. Small, narrow, extremely hot room.」

Helpful, nice and we had some great conversations. The housemaid, who also made great breakfast (love the Msemen), did a great job keeping our room clean. 「Clean room, breakfast was good and shared it with the bees, the milk tumbler had a black stuff coming out when I poured the milk in the cup, small bathroom… there’s no elbow room when you sit on the commode, no shampoo but had a body wash in a little container that we used for washing hands, no bottled water( I asked Joseph for two), noisy( I think the whole neighborhood had a party right below the window of the room, as for the staff, Joseph and the younger guy were polite and friendly. 「Do you want to live like 100 years ago deep inside the old Medina, this is the place for you. It was not the most comfortable room - especially the shower facilities were definitely outdated. But it was anyway quite charming and the employees gave an excellent service and support that made our visit rememberable. They guided us on what to see and where to dine, etc., to excellence.」
