Koiraystävällinen lomapaikka, hyvät puitteet

Mukava pikku loma huoneistossa, josta löytyi kaikkea tarvittavaa mukavan loman viettoon. Huoneisto oli siisti ja tilava, sängyt olivat hyvät, astioita oli tarpeeksi, sauna oli hyvä, grilli terassilla oli kiva yllätys. Tieto huoneiston käytössä olevista polkupyöristä ei saavuttanut ja näinpä olimme ehtineet vuokrata pyörät. Kiva, kun karvakaverimme (koira) oli myös tervetullut mukaan. Pieni miinus kylpyhuoneessa olleesta virtsan hajusta. Autolle oli yksi huoneiston hintaan sisältyvä paikka, joka oli plussaa ja kannattaisi kertoa tiedoissa - etukäteen sai kuvan, että kaikki pysäköinti on alueella maksullista. Uloskirjaus klo 10 katkaisi viimeisen lomapäivän turhan aikaisin. Alueella on paljon aktiviteetteja, jos koiralle olisi ollut paikka eli uloskirjaus myöhemmin, olisimme vielä tehneet lähtöpäivänä jotain.

Asiakkaita ei arvosteta

Halvimmasta huoneistosta: sisäänkirjautumis-ja uloskirjautumisajat (klo 10!) ovat hankalat. Käytännössä maksat vuorokaudesta 24h vaikka saat olla vain 16 tuntia. Huoneistossa oli sotkua, nuhjuista ja tupakantumppeja.ihankuin vähemmän maksaville kelpaisi huonompi taso siisteydessä. Vastaanotossa oli jatkuva ruuhka ja puhelimella sinne ei pääse ollenkaan.

Siisti huoneisto

Huoneisto oli siisti, hyvin varusteltu ja mukavan tilava. Olimme siihen tyytyväisiä vaikkei se nyt uusinta designia edustanutkaan. Mutta pääasia oli se että kaikki toimi ja paikka oli siisti. Sisäänkirjautumiseen kannattaa varata aikaa, aulassa sai jonotusnumeron kanssa odotella aika kauan. Ostimme hotellin puolelta myös erikseen aamupalan mutta sitä en suosittele kenellekään, aivan kamalaa kuraa josta ei tykännyt edes lapset.

Olimme jo toistamiseen Vuokatissa perheen kanssa. Katinkullan huoneistot sopivat erittäin hyvin perheille. Ulkoilu mahdollisuudet ovat loistavat. Rauhallista, naapurista ei kuulu ääniä. Ensimmäisellä kerralla olimme ’kerrostalo’ huoneistossa mutta tällä kertaa otimme paritalon joka oli helpompi perheen kanssa koska auton sai ajaa suoraan oven eteen.

Jos haluat maksaa sijainnista järven rannalla, huoneisto osiosta 19 on loistava! Saunasta pääsee suoraan järveen. Jos sen sijaan arvostat siisteyttä, tätä ei . Kylpyhuoneen lattia oli todella likainen ja silikonisaumat aivan mustat ja repeilleet. Asunnon lattialla oli tahroja ja jääkaappi likainen. Sängyt olivat niin huonot, että lattialla olisi varmasti nukkunut paremmin. Sänky oli todella kulunut, painunut ja narisi pienimmästäkin liikahduksesta. Huonojen unien takia ei ollut vaikeuksia kirjautua ulos kymppiin mennessä, mikä olisi tuntunut haastavammalta, jos sängyssä olisi viihtynyt pidempään. Huoneistoon ilmoittautumista sai jonottaa pitkään ja jokainen asia piti tarkistaa (jonottamisen jälkeen) erikseen, kun mitään järkeviä ohjeita ei kiireisestä vastaanotosta saanut.

Alue 19 rakennus oli ulkoapäin ja sisäänkäynnin osalta huonosti hoidettu ja epämääräisen näköinen. Huoneisto sisältä oli siisti ja toimiva ja näkymä järvelle upea.

Vastaanotossa ei osaavaa väkeä.Ilmoitin makuuhuoneen lampun epäkunnosta loman alussa, mutta lamppua ei saatu vaihdettua koko loman aikana! O` Learys ravintolan ruoka aivan ala-arvoista ja liian vähän henkilökuntaa!
