We were attending a local wedding in Cotia about 30 minutes away from this property. We spent 2 nights here. We rented the Loft room that was about $500 per night. Our overall stay was good. We were traveling with our 5 and 6 year olds. They enjoyed the hotel as there was a lot for them to do. The food was good and a wide variety of options at the buffet. There was only one restaurant option and it was a buffet for every meal. I did expect more from this hotel overall given they have a 5 star rating and the high cost to stay here. They missed all the little details that you’d normally expect from this class of hotel. A perfect example of this was we didn’t rent a call and we were staying in the loft rooms which are a good 10 minute hilly walk to the lobby, we were reminding a few times at check in that we had to walk it every Time because there was no transportation.

Boa experiência

Hotel amplo, aconchegante e bonito. Refeições de qualidade muito boa. Ficamos em um quarto para 2 adultos e 2 crianças e o ponto fraco foi, para mim, a posição do ar condicionado. Mesmo ficando muito frio sobre a cama de casal, não consegue resfriar o outro ambiente, onde ficam as camas infantis.

Me surpreendi bastante com a estrutura do hotel, com a alimentação de qualidade e os quartos novos e confortáveis. O hotel tem algumas partes bem antigas q estão precisando de uma atualização mas tb tem algumas áreas novas, como o complexo aquático.

Nos colocaram em uma acomodação com menos camas que o feito na reserva. Banheiro com box encardido e toalhas colocadas no bidê estavam todas molhadas pois creio que estava vazando água dele. Debaixo na cama era pura poeira. Funcionários da recepção em maioria grosseiros e impacientes.

Experiencia Maravilhosa

Resort indicado para quem aprecia natureza e gastronomia, proposta cumprida com muita eficiência e qualidade. O prédio principal dos quartos fica ao lado da recepção e do restaurante, facilitando os deslocamentos para as refeições. Para os deslocamentos pelas demais áreas do hotel, será preciso disposição para caminhar, embora haja um veiculo elétrico disponível em caso de necessidade. As refeições são excepcionais, com numerosas opções, sendo a comida de buffet com a mesma qualidade de um serviço a la carte. As atividades de recreação são bastante variadas, e voltadas para todos, desde os 4 anos até adultos, com monitores sempre educados e carinhosos com as crianças. Durante nossa estadia tivemos também uma palestra sobre a Vida Animal, com uma equipe externa, dando as crianças a oportunidade de conhecer e interagir com alguns animais silvestres. A palestra não estava na programação diária, mas foi incluída de última hora, proporcionando uma experiencia que certamente vai ficar na memoria das crianças, assim como as demais atividades oferecidas.

Valeu a pena, apesar do custo.

Uma bela área rural, com lindas paisagens e ótimo aproveitamento da topografia do terreno. Um pouco pesado para pessoas deficientes ou idosas com dificuldade de locomoção embora o hotel disponibilize um carrinho para eventuais necessidades. O clima frio inibe a utilização de todo o parque aquático, mas a piscina aquecida supre parte dessa deficiência. Comida boa e farta em todas as refeições.
