「Really wonderful property with great breakfast and comfy beds. Owners went above and beyond to be helpful. For example I had left my phone in a service station in Germany, the owners rang the service station for us, communicated where I had left it and even arranged for us to pick it up on our return trip! What service!! 」

「Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out.
They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel.
But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave.
Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work.
This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.」
