「Great location beside the river. Quiet & relaxing. Beautiful property with fabulous flower arrangements. The GM, Mrs Duong can’t do enough for you. She goes above & beyond to service her guests. Great breakfasts & best coffee’s in Hoi An. Planning to return. 」

「Tam the host is amazing 」

「Friendly staff, but a bit messy finding our reservations when we first arrived. The room was clean and suitable for a short stay. The swimming pool was much appreciated and well located. Breakfast on site was perfect. 」

「This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. I’m not lucky to meet a staff who English is really poor and can’t communicate or help us to book travel tour, even though the family here is very nice and kind. We are quite helpless to stay here. The villa is really beautiful and comfortable, have a nice...

「Quiet serene location away from old town. Closer to the beach side than town. Property has about 12-15 rooms and makes for a quiet charming stay. Owner operators live onsite in a separate dwelling. They are a very friendly couple who is so accommodating. Breakfast was delicious- we had omelettes and pho. They served fresh fruit and good coffee. One thing I would recommend is to not padlock (key) the front gate as there's no way to get out in the event of an emergency. I know they do this for...

「we had a pleasant stay at Will’s apartment! throughout the 4 days we were in hoi an, Will gave good tips and advised us on places we should visit in the area. it was also easy to get a grab/car to the old town and i enjoyed the change in scenery at the apartment. the room was satisfactory as well, with a comfortable bed and shower. there were also two friendly dogs which made the stay even more enjoyable :) highly recommend the apartment to travellers who are looking for a comfortable stay....

「Amazing! Hosts were great! Very kind and welcoming. Allowed me to check in early and helped me! Thank you!」

「My wife and I stayed here two nights and we had a great time. Phuong and her family so welcoming and kind to us. We immediately felt like we were visiting family when we arrived. The property is well-situated and central to everything. A short 5 min taxi ride to old town or 10 min drive to the beaches. Walking to old town is an easy 15-20 minutes. There are many restaurant and other shops within walking distance. A Winmart is just around the corner (100 meters). The room and bed was very...
