「Die Anlage ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lobby ist noch in einem sehr ansprechenden Zustand. Die Zimmer sind leider schon in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Betten gleichen Kasernenbetten. Beim Umdrehen in der Nacht rutschen die Betten am Boden umher und man wird durch das quietschen geweckt. Das Sofa ist sehr vergilbt und verdreckt. 「L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5.」

「La struttura è bellissima e molto comoda per andare al mare. La nostra camera era comoda, silenziosa e perfetta: c'era tutto il necessario, comprese pentole e padelle per cucinare. Il personale è molto gentile. Da migliorare forse la frequenza cambio asciugamani e cambio lenzuola, ma la manager ci ha sempre dato asciugamani extra per accontentarci. La piscina è fantastica. In balcone toglierei il prato finto per facilitare le operazioni di pulizia. Ci tornerò molto volentieri.」

"I absolutely loved my stay at Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc – everything was amazing! I would definitely come back to Mallorca just to stay here again. We stayed for two day and one night, honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel! There were plenty of sun loungers and cozy spots to relax and sunbathe, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach – super convenient. The room was spotless and beautifully prepared, with so many thoughtful touches. They provided a beach bag and large towels (which smelled amazing – like home!), making us feel really well looked after. There were also different activities available for guests, which was a lovely bonus. One of the staff members even helped us send a postcard — such a kind and thoughtful gesture, we truly appreciated it. The views were stunning, the vibe was peaceful and relaxing, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the check-out time. We really wished we could have stayed just a little longer before leaving — that’s how much we loved being there! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a beautiful, laid-back, and well-designed place to enjoy your holiday!"
